All Sales Are Final
All products are made to order through a print-on-demand process. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.
Eligible Refunds & Replacements
We only offer refunds or replacements if the item you receive is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
- Minor variations in print, color, or formatting
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To submit a request, please email:
Include the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Resolution Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:
- Issue a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Provide a refund where appropriate
Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are already in production and cannot be canceled.
Shipping Notes
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
